LENTEN PROGRAM WEST BOYLSTON – Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish Lenten Program will be held Wednesdays from Feb. 29-March 28 following 7:00 p.m. Mass in the church, 111 Worcester St.; speakers and topics respectively will include Paul Carpentier, M.D., CFCMC, “Donum Vitae, Dignitas Personae., IVF, Stem Cells, NFP, and NaProTechnology;” Mark Rollo, M.D., “Humanae Vitae, Its Challenge to Men of Science, Blessed John Paul ll’s ‘Theology of the Body’;” Allison Ledoux, director of the diocesan Respect Life Office, “The Timely Issue of Contraception and its Affects on Relationships and Women’s Health;” Patrick Derr, philosophy research professor at Clark University, “Physician Assisted Suicide, An Option on the Ballot this November” and Msgr. Peter R. Beaulieu, director of Mission Integration and Pastoral Care at St. Vincent Hospital, “Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
