Our Lady of Providence Parish on Lincoln Street opened the doors of its St. Bernard's Gym Thursday night for a giant Neighborhood Halloween Fest. An estimated 300-400 people attended, filled buckets with candy, played on a bouncy bungee relay and sticky wall, handled exotic snakes, ate pizza and just had an old-fashioned fun-filled time. The event was meant to bring the neighborhood together and allow them to enjoy Halloween in a safe and fun environment. And they did. (Photos by Margaret M. Russell)
